These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Lemonade Standers, LLC ("Lemonade Standers," "we," "us," or "our"), including SCORE: The Game of Credit™. By placing an order or using our website at www.scorethegameofcredit.com, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order or use our site.
SCORE: The Game of Credit™ is a physical board game designed to teach credit literacy to youth, families, and young adults. Product contents, design, and game rules are subject to change prior to fulfillment. We will communicate any material changes to customers who have placed orders.
2.2 Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders prior to availability. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:
Your payment will be charged at the time your order is placed, not at the time of shipment.
Estimated shipping dates are projections and are subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or circumstances beyond our control.
You will be notified by email if the estimated shipping date changes significantly.
Your pre-order price is locked in at the time of purchase.
2.3 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement. Order acceptance is complete when your order ships.
2.4 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Stripe, PayPal, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and Amazon Pay. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
4.1 Charge Timing
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed, including pre-orders.
4.2 Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are accepted up until 7 days before your order ships. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 7 days before the ship date cannot be accommodated.
If your order is delayed beyond September 30, 2026, you may request a full refund at any time before your order ships by contacting us at [email protected].
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4.3 Returns on Delivered Orders
Returns are accepted on factory-sealed, unopened product within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
4.4 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website or app, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lemonade Standers, LLC doing business as SCORE: The Game of Credit™, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to game design, rules, artwork, and trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information provided in SCORE: The Game of Credit™ is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, credit, or legal advice. Reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk. SCORE is designed as an educational tool intended for entertainment and financial literacy purposes. Results from applying concepts learned through gameplay may vary based on individual circumstances.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemonade Standers, LLC and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of King, Washington.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice by email to customers with active orders.
